Terms of Use
Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via phone, email, or through our online ordering system.
The notice period applies from the time we receive your order. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a message or send an email to ensure timely processing.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an official order confirmation email from us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review the order confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors or required changes.
2. Order Deadlines & Notice Periods
To ensure quality and availability, the following notice periods apply:
Cold Food (under 20 guests) – Order by 11:00 AM the day before delivery
Cold Food (20+ guests) – 48 hours’ notice
Breakfast Orders – 48 hours’ notice
Hot Food Orders – 7 days’ notice (Cancellations require 3 days’ notice)
If you require an order outside these timeframes, please call us. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but menu options may be limited.
3. Cancellations & Order Amendments
Cancellations made after the notice period may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the total order cost.
Order amendments (e.g., minor changes in guest numbers or dietary requirements) can typically be accommodated up to 24 hours before delivery.
Significant changes to an order within the notice period may not be possible, but we will make every effort to assist.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
We cater to most dietary requirements; however, all dietary needs must be specified at the time of ordering.
It is the responsibility of the customer to disclose any severe allergies (as opposed to dietary preferences) at the time of booking to ensure food is prepared safely.
While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should assess their own risk accordingly.
5. Delivery & Collection
We deliver to the specified address within the agreed time slot.
Any access restrictions (e.g., security clearances, parking limitations) must be communicated at the time of booking to avoid delivery delays.
If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed time, the food will be left at a safe location, and full charges will still apply.
If an order is for self-collection, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the agreed time.
6. Presentation & Equipment
Food is delivered in sustainable packaging where possible. Any reusable trays or equipment must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
Additional charges may apply for lost or damaged equipment.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed upon account opening.
Late payments may result in your account being placed on hold until the outstanding balance is settled.
Card payment or pay via invoice is available at online checkout.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic disruptions, supply chain issues).
In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or reschedule where possible.
